Your booking stats

Click Stats in your dashboard, then Bookings. It covers the last 12 months, by the month each request or booking came in.

What it shows

• Booking requests: how many travellers asked.
• Accepted: the share of the requests you answered that you accepted.
• First reply: how long, on average, before you accepted, declined or replied.
• Cancelled: the share of your confirmed bookings cancelled by guests, and by you.
• Requests and bookings by month, side by side.
• Value of confirmed bookings, by month. This adds up the price each booking was quoted at. Nothing is paid through Tourfect, so it’s what you agreed with travellers, not money received.
• Most booked tours.

The Site tab shows your site’s views, enquiries and requests in the last 30 days.
