If a new tour is a lot like one you already run, copy it instead of starting from scratch. The copy stays hidden until you’re ready, so you can change what’s different first.
Copy a tour
- In your dashboard, click Tours.
- Click Duplicate next to the tour. On a phone, click the tour’s name, then Duplicate.
- Click OK to confirm.

The copy opens in the tour form, named “Copy of” followed by the tour’s name. You can also click Duplicate on any tour’s page, under Improve this tour.
What’s copied
- the tour’s details: description, highlights, prices, start times, meeting point, pick-up, what’s included, stops, info cards and the rest of the form
- its photos, as new copies, so deleting one tour never takes the other’s photos
- its questions and answers
- the days you’ve marked on its availability, from today on
- the places on the tour
What isn’t copied
- reviews, bookings and booking requests, which stay with the original
- Featured
- the Picture for sharing, under Search and sharing (optional)
Put the copy live
- Change the Name, and anything else that’s different, like the description or the price.
- When it’s ready, tick Live: show it on your site and in the marketplace.
- Click Save changes.
Until you tick Live, the copy shows as Hidden on Tours, and it isn’t on your site or in the marketplace. The copy goes last in your Tours list. To move it, use the up and down arrows next to it.

A tour’s web address is made from its name when you create it, and doesn’t change after that. So a copy’s address starts with “copy-of”, even after you rename it.
